Recommend: As a US vessel in a foreign port we are all required to have a Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit and a Ship Radio Station Authorization (SRSA) to use any transmitting devices on our boats.
The SRSA provides a call sign for use on HF and VHF Marine radio as well as Station Identification, MMSI.
The "Net Controller" script is used as a general guideline for conducting the daily Ensenada Cruisers morning VHF radio meeting on Channel 21A. Please feel free to embellish if you
are moved to do so.
